This report reviews the system of care in the region and provides a deeper and clearer understanding of the landscape of services for pregnant and postpartum individuals as well as caretakers of children under the age of two. The project began by meeting with representatives from three organizations to lay out a plan, learn what questions they hoped to answer, and identify community members to engage during the process.

The questions centered around three general areas:
• family engagement and experience,
• identifying and eliminating barriers to services, and
• opportunities within the landscape of programs and providers.
