We are pleased to announce that all available vendor slots for this year’s summit have been filled.

At the Virginia Neonatal Perinatal Collaborative (VNPC), we offer 4 distinct tiers for vendors to choose from, each designed to suit varying levels of engagement.

$250 Entry-level membership option for community non-profits. Examples include community and state organizations. Green members receive essential benefits, allowing them to participate in VNPC activities while staying informed about developments and opportunities within the neonatal care landscape. Included in Green tier vendor fees: Entry fee for 2 people to table and attend the conference, breakfast and lunch/snacks included, ability to place materials on a 6 foot table, and a sign that must fit behind or space permitting next to table. Included in the beginning slide as a green vendor, morning of the conference

$500 Entry-level membership option (for profits companies; example promoting medical equipment, same as green). Silver members receive essential benefits, allowing them to participate in VNPC activities while staying informed about developments and opportunities within the neonatal care landscape. Included in Silver tier vendor fees: Entry fee for 2 people to table and attend the conference, breakfast and lunch/snacks included, ability to place materials on a 6 foot table, and a sign that must fit behind or space permitting next to table. Included in the beginning slide as a Silver vendor, morning of the conference

 $1000 Comprehensive membership features. Gold membership offers a robust range of services and opportunities for collaboration, ideal for vendors looking to enhance their connection with perinatal and neonatal/infant health professionals. Included in the Gold tier are all the benefits of Silver/Green, i.e. Entry fee for 2 people to table and attend the conference, breakfast and lunch/snacks included, ability to place materials on a 6 foot table, and a sign that must fit behind or space permitting next to table. PLUS: 1) Logo will be displayed during each break and lunch on a slideshow, 2) your sign may placed in front of room near stage (no larger than 48”X83”), and 3) a shout-out on social media during the event.

$1500 Reception for two people, 8X10 table for both days of Summit, meals both days for 2 people, place a sign near stage (no bigger than 4 ft X8 ft tall), social media post about your organization and support of the VNPC both prior to the Summit and after the Summit, thank you to your organization in the agenda/linktree, logo/link in event email marketing campaigns, and premium location for your table.
