The Virginia Neonatal Perinatal Collaborative (VNPC) will unveil a new recognition framework for participating Virginia birth hospitals in Spring 2024. All hospitals participating in a VNPC program or initiative are eligible to earn points according to the VNPC activities in which they participate. Points can be earned for activities ranging from attending VNPC webinars to submitting data for a VNPC quality improvement project. Participating hospitals receive their recognition designation according to their point total in a VNPC participant recognition ceremony and will be added to a comprehensive directory on the VNPC website. The purpose of the VNPC recognition framework is to acknowledge the work put in by participating Virginia birth hospitals, foster connections, and encourage continued engagement and support.
